當您為課程或課堂支付部分或全部費用，或我們的工作室或通過我們的網站下訂單時，您與Bake Up Lab之間關於以下條款的協議將生效。如果您不能理解或有任何疑問，請在下訂單前與我們聯繫。在您向我們提交訂單之前，您需要確認您已經閱讀並接受這些條款。
An agreement between you and Bake Up Lab regarding the terms set out below takes effect when you pay in part or in whole for a workshop or event, or place an order at our studio site or through our website. If you cannot understand or have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.Before you submit to us the order, you need to confirm you have read and accept these terms.
A) Booking and Attendance
- All booking fees are payable in Hong Kong dollars.
- Booking will receive an email once payment has been processed.
- Reservations are required for all classes. If you go to the studio without an appointment, you will not be entertained.
- Being late may disturb other students, so please arrive on time. We recommend that students arrive at the studio 10 minutes early. Students who are late for more than 15 minutes for any reason will be considered absent and will not be allowed to attend the class. The class fee will not be refunded.
- No videos or photos are allowed during the class.
- Students will be deemed to have attended and completed the class if they leave early due to various conditions, including physical discomfort.
- Unless authorized in writing by Bake Up Lab, only Bake Up Lab instructors, staff and students who have paid full fees are allowed to stay in the studio during the class period.
- The instructors and staff of Bake Up Lab reserve the right to refuse cancel a booking or reject any person who is intoxicated or acting in an irregular or unruly manner without prior notice. Participants or event organizers may be financially liable for any damage or loss to Bread Cloud Studio property during the workshop or event.
- Photographs may be taken during the workshops and used for marketing purposes. If you do not want us to use photos of you, please let us know.
- If you have any dietary requirements, please inform us when booking. Although we will make every effort, but we can’t meet the requirements of all cases of diet.
B) Cancellation and transfer
- Confirmed reservation shall not cancel or change, in any case, the fee is not refundable.But, you are free to transfer to your friends to attend, so welcome you send someone else instead of your position.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the classes will be cancelled. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance by phone/email and will be offered the option of rescheduling or a full refund.
- If a classes is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Bake Up Lab, Bake Up Lab is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses that you may suffer or incur. Refunds will be made in accordance with our refund policy at the time.
C) Release of liability
- When participating in a Bake Up Lab classes or event, whereby the participant will be in the presence of or using sharp or potentially dangerous kitchen utensils and appliances, the participant releases, indemnifies and excludes Bake Up Lab and its contractors and staff from all actions, claims, demands, and all liabilities of any kind for any damage, injury or death arising out of or as a result of attending classes or visiting Bake Up Lab due to the negligence on the part of the participant or on the part of such authorised person. The participant understands these terms and conditions and accepts the inherent risks of a kitchen environment when they make a full payment for a workshop or event.
- Bake Up Lab will take all necessary care, but accepts no responsibility for the damage to or loss of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a classes or event. Bake Up Lab is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items in any form.
- Participant will produce their own bakery products in the bakery workshops. All bakery products are for demonstration purposes only. Participants are required to handle their bakery products at their discretion.
D) Trademarks and Registered Trademarks
- The Bake Up Lab logo is the registered trademark of Bake Up Lab Limited, registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- Apple, the Apple logo, Mac OS are trademarks of Apple inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
- Google Pay and the Google Pay Logo are registered trademarks or trademarks of Google, Inc.
* Bake Up Lab reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes will also apply to new or existing participants
